I enjoy collaborating with my clients on how they can reach the overall wellness goals. My approach to wellness recovery is direct, supportive and empowering. I help clients develop insight into the changes needed to improve the way they think and feel. My ideal client is someone motivated to make changes but needs direction on how to do so. Many of the people I have worked with have struggled with relationship issues, grief, addiction, depression, anxiety and life transitions.

I use evidence-based interventions from different types of therapies: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, 12 step recovery, motivational interviewing, solution focused and more. I help my clients become mindful of the narrative in their mind and become intentional in redirecting their thoughts. Like my tagline says, "Transforming minds. Healing hearts".
